Getting Online

Hi everyone! I'm new to all this but I bought the DreamcastLive kit to try to make things a bit easier for myself. I've tried following all the steps and there's lights on both the modem and the Pi but I don't seem to be working just yet. I tested it on Quake but it can't find the dial tone and I was only able to get Dreamcast Now to detect the Pi after manually entering my IP. Any help would be appreciated as I'd like to try to get this figured out over the weekend.
