Retrogamze DreamPI setup and PSO questions

Hello, new to the Dreamcast Online scene.

I bought the Retrogamze DreamPi all-in-one, and had a few questions.
I used Quake 3: Arena to config my net settings to the DreamPi config (setting DNS to 46.101.91.123 [For PSO ver. 2], password: dreamcast, and dialing 111-1111 {do you need to include the dash?})
I burned the PSO Patcher, and ran it before swapping to my PSO Ver. 2 disk (official)
I don't have my case, so I ran this as serial and access:
Serial Number: 4E62F237
Access Key: oWur4WJg
I don't think that effected things, but just stating it just in case.

It dials in PSO, but fails. I'll be including a picture of the lights that are on the DreamPi. Also, I'm operating this on the assumption that I do not have to touch anything within the Dreampi device itself, since I think it comes pre-configged with all software needed. Is it just plug-n-play?
