With what I linked.

The Dreamcast has no wifi, there are no wifi adaptors for it.

Make it yourself. Its easy enough, if you can install a GDEMU you can make a DreamPi.

Possibly prebuilt kits in stock other places too.

From the page I linked:
What you’ll need:
  • Raspberry Pi
Any model will do except for the Raspberry Pi 5 which is not currently supported. If you go with a Pi Zero W or Zero 2, be sure to buy a USB adapter or hub to go along with it as they only have a single micro USB port.
    Raspberry Pi Power Supply
Most standard micro USB phone chargers will work as well.
    Compatible USB Modem
Known compatible modems include the Dell / Lenovo RD04-D400, TRENDnet TFM-561U, and Zoom 3095.
    Line Voltage Inducer
You can purchase one from the shop (external for PAL or built into the USB modem for NTSC) or build one yourself by following the instructions here.
    SD Card
RJ-11 Phone Cable (If using a USB modem with a built-in LVI)
    Dreamcast Web Browser (For configuration)
Ethernet Cable (If using a wired connection)
    USB Keyboard (If using Wi-Fi)

It's not that hard to make a dreampi with wifi, the difficult part is to find a suitable modem. With patience you probably find one for 20£ or less. The raspberry will cost you another 15£.

This how mine looks. I have everything inside that little box. A Raspberry pi zero 2 with wifi ; A modem zoom 3095 ; and a line inducer with batteries that can be easily replaced when need it. Coming from there there is an usb cable for power and a RJ11 that connects the Dreamcast ( PAL ). The blinks of the modem can be seen from the other side of the box.
