PSO Registration Help!

HELP!

I have a Reg/Access/Guild info, but I never entered them into my initial install in my PC version of PSO.

PROBLEM:
I cannot find a way of entering this info into my PC version.

I'm having an issue with autorun.exe, whereas it doesn't allow me do input anything.
I've tried editing regedit but I'm out off luck. How can we put this for eg, if the editor only reads hexadecimal?:

Serial: 3961937772
Access Key: tKaeyH2d

I don't know how Dobbs got it to work...
I even tried and hexa calculator but didn't work...

I had the same exact problem. I will try it out.

Well, I took a left-handed way of doing it. My PC version was already installed long ago. What I had to do was to make a shortcut (again) of the autorun2.exe file, then change the Target of the shortcut on the desktop to add the -s again and then run it.

TARGET:
C:\Program Files\SEGA\PhantasyStarOnline\autorun2.exe -s

LAST STEP:
Now you have to "register" it. It took my entries with no problem.

If this does not work, I'll be glad to elaborate more with anyone having this problem.

Once completed, inform Impulse your info, he'll take care of you from there.

I am having trouble getting it to work. I do the -s thing but is says the file can't be found. I used PSO Loader which should have solved the problem but when I register it comes to a program update thing and says eror 03.
