I guess the best graphics aren't necessarily always gonna have the most polygons on screen. Artistry, animation, and colour, good design all come into the equation.

Space Channel Pt2, Aerowings i, Under Defeat, Guilty Gear X, Rayman 2, Ikaruga, Last Blade and Alone in the Dark all look fantastic to me anyway.

i agree. Alone in the Dark and Resident Evil Code Veronica look good. Rayman 2 is so full of color, and its a great game to.
