RPG Maker games on Dreamcast?

Anyone knows if its possible to port RPG Maker games into Dreamcast? I've heard of some guys who were working on a suit to do this, but I guess they abandonned the project.
Well if its not possible is there any engine arround that would allow to create RPGs for the system?

what programming language does rpg maker uses?

No idea, but it is an engine for PC. I was wondering if there was any way to reverse engineer the compiled game into something portable for Dreamcast. Or I don't know... maybe if the games work on Windows CE...

for example, game maker games are portable to c++, it can happen the same with rpg maker. either way, it's still a pretty hard job, and it requires some programming skills
