Whats a good program to use on a netbook? I tried browsing threw download.com and read good reviews on wondershare, but when trying to use it, it made the video quite choppy, and also the system quite sluggish.
I wouldn't be running anything else on the system (would be making use of my dc vga box) but what is a nice smooth video capture program that isn't too taxing on the computer?

if you mean for capturing footage of consoles then try the Easy Cap. I have one and it works really well. It cost about 10 bucks on ebay as well.

EDIT, just saw you mention a vga box. I have no clue how that works, but this capture device only accepts composite cables or svideo.
