Just wondering if anyone knows of any DC-native or emulated-and-decent Dragonball Z games (eg SNES, PSone, etc).
Thanks.

Re: Dragonball Z Games on DC?
You could emulate Dragonball GT final bout, and DBZ The Legend from ps1 but you will need the bleem beta boot disc, as this game has never been bleemed to autoboot on a Dreamcast.
Bleem beta Bootdisc.

Dragon Ball Z The Legend

Also, there is a Half-Life mod that is called Earth Special forces, and if I am not mistaken, the HLDC modders believe it is now possible to port ANY HLPC mod to Dreamcast with the tools they are working on, so it is totaly possible to play it on DC if everything pans out.

If you want to request the mod to be ported, just post a thread and ask over at Dcfan.ru forums.

I have earth special forces for the pc, not sure if the dc can handle such draw distances.

Re: Dragonball Z Games on DC?
Maybe not, but it is worth mentioning the mod. Maybe the levels would have to be made much smaller. This is why we need a Ram upgrade lol. Makes me wonder if the DC can handle the 32mb ram from the naomi arcade boards.

Re: Dragonball Z Games on DC?
Thanks for the info! I wish I had the skill to make the CDs self-boot since I don't have the boot disk and the intended (kid) audience would not be able to make the switch. It's cool that the stuff exists at all, but is basically inaccessible to me.
Thanks again for the links!

Re: Dragonball Z Games on DC?
In what game? There are like 3 games mentioned here, and DBZ uses no weapons lol. Do you even know what Dragon Ball Z is? You use like "Force powers" and "Energy Bursts".

Yeah... Someone should work on that.Anthony817 wrote:Maybe not, but it is worth mentioning the mod. Maybe the levels would have to be made much smaller. This is why we need a Ram upgrade lol. Makes me wonder if the DC can handle the 32mb ram from the naomi arcade boards.

And for better emulation too.
Imagine NAOMI 2 games on DC(virtua Fighter 4, Club kart and World Club Champion Football)!
This would be a reason to do a overclock on my good and Old DC...
