If only they would just allow Linux and hombrew from the start, then any of this would really be in the name of piracy and "truly" illegal. Their only shooting themselves in the foot.

I have watched that 45 minute video and they hit the ball right on when they say that the original intention of jailbreaking is to run homebrew and Pirating is and "effect" of what comes out from that. If Sony kept linux and let it use the whole GPU then we would still be where we were 3 years ago.
