Well, it exists, and it is on the lower level directly below Richard's Comics. They had the store about half setup when I went in early November. Primarily deal in used video games for all existing game systems, but I was told they would eventually deal in used guide books and hardware as soon they finished setting up shop. Dreamcast selection was terrible when I went, but it's a variable since they're dependant on trade-ins.
