Dynamite Cop is great short story mode with kick ass action. lol. Takes less than an hour to complete by yourself but CO-op is very fun.

Cannon Spike is HARD. I suck at it or something, but I can't even beat it on Easy.

Dr. X-Lax (homebrew) is great for multiplayer. Not exactly co-op though but instant-on FUN for 2-3 people.
