Also on that line voltage inducer, Do I really have to make that?
Im asking because I've never made something like that before and feel like im gonna be breaking something.
Or could I use something like this

Its fairly easy to build a line voltage inducer, but yeah the one in that link will looks like it should work if you would prefer to purchase one. If you haven't got a line inducer hooked up to your telephone cord right now though, then that is the reason its failing to connect.

what I see in the picture seems simple.
Although I don't understand much of the guide.
Isn't there a more detailed guide or video around?

You can look, but I have listed the materials you need. You can power it from a 9V battery or an AC adapter. If you need any help building it once you got everything send me a pm.

Looks like the photo got corrupted when Impulse changed the website server the other day. I will re-upload it in a min.

Try enlarging the photo now, it should work.

Well I decided to buy that voltage line simulator after all since I can't figure out how to make a line voltage inducer step by step.

but I got it working!

I know I bought that line voltage simulator but shipping is taking way too long. So I decided to make that line voltage inducer you pictured and it was pretty darn easy to make.
