My friend and I bid against eachother on this auction and he won it by a dollar. But I was just informed that the seller still hasn't sent his item...

My guess is the seller of the, very much normal looking, VMU has a save file on it that unlocks a different ship in Ikaruga.

It was I who won the bid.. it arrived today in great condition complete, was a little skeptical how cheap it was going for but I guess it paid off better then dishing out $100 for it at a local Mom and Pop store.
