Dreamcast Makes Annoying sound when playing games

My dreamcast will sometimes make this awful sound when playing discs.
It only happens sometimes. Has anyone encountered this problem before? Know of a fix? I'm open to any advice anyone can offer to fix this. The youtube video shows best what I am talking about.

ah come on guys! I didn't want to start a fight I just was curious if anyone has encountered the problem with the dreamcast before.

mine does something like that every now and then when i play spider man on it. it only does it for spider man(its a "backup") and its not as loud but rather high pitch. i think ill burn another copy and see if its just the disc

I think the drive motor just needs to be greased, or something. It doesn't scratch my discs, so I don't think it's rubbing on the top of the drive.
