Its called gaia master kessen ! its kinda like the kingdom hearts birth by sleep boardgame ,where you collect money and take over spaces.One game usually last around 20 turns and you can actually attack the opponents.I think its an enhanced ps1(gameboy color?) port/remake.Its fun but its japanese heavy.
