Maybe. I'm not sure if it can do SSL, but try it out anyway. And remember, don't use smtp.gmail.com for the outgoing server, use your ISP's smtp outgoing email server.

The problem is that the browser won't let me input too many characters in my Username.

So then make another email acc with a shorter username.
Here are the settings you need to configure:
Email Login: (Just your username WITHOUT @example.com)
Email Password: (email password)
Email Address: ([email protected])
Incoming Server: (incoming POP3 server of the email site you use)
Outgoing Server: (outgoing smtp server for your ISP's email service)

Sadly, Google says you need to add @gmail.com
Fortunately, I have found a site called GMX that allows down to 3 characters minimum, and it words well with my dreamcast.
The only problem now is when I open the mail, the attachments come out as a string of text.

Sorry for bumping this old thread, but I think you guys would like what I'm working on:
It's a new site to upload / download vmu saves, among other functionalities.
http://vmu.sega-dc.de/
I tested with Dreamkey 3 and PlanetWeb Browser 3 and seems to work fine. Please, test it as much as you want and report any bugs / opinions...
