Any legit free ISPs?

I've tried Dialin Free, since I live in Michigan, and it worked, but I'm still not sure if it's legit. Then I read the TOS on FreeDialup and I'm still not sure. So can someone tell me a free, legit, no telephone bill murdering Internet Server Provider that is still active and for unlimited amount of time?
