Have a look at this its got a VGA input and puts 480p to 1080p, Its listed for PSP but it don't look like it.

Slight flaw in that it doesnt actually have vga in.. thats a 9 pin port on the back not a 15 pin vga :(

Got my hopes up then :(

Good catch. Yup, that is indeed a DB-9 (Serial) port and not a DB-15 (VGA) port. No clue why they would have that on there.
