only 3 months?? lucky bastards, back in the day I had to do 9 months here (well, you got to choose, either that or 9 months in jail & loose your civil rights for the rest of your life)

Its not quite a draft but some bull crap thing to brainwash youth. From what it says there is no military involvement. It obviously has a ulterior motive.
