You can try Dividead, a homebrew hentai /erogue game that it's a direct port of the PC one. It works quite well and it's in English 
In this forum you can download the Dreamcast binary (sorry, it's in spanish):

I never knew this existed. Not that I'm interested in watching scantily clad, nubile young japanese women on my DC or anything like that..........

@mazonemayu, sure it's the same version. We only released the legal part (binary), and then dreamcast folks made it full release.
@Neohound, yes. mazonemayu link is a CDI selfbootable, the rest is up to you
@medwardl, there is another really old (homebrew?) hentai game called Dangerous Toys. From what I read, it's just "press A button to see the show" xD.
And another little homebrew game called "LadyKiller" was ported to Dreamcast. I think it's a remake of a popular arcade game.
