I'm going to say Shenmue 2 for the USA and not the Xbox version.

Yes I know you can play the PAL version and I do know about the English translated version, but not all of it is in English.

Soooo what is it exactly you are asking for then? Shenmue 2 was completed and released on the Dreamcast.
