I absolutely love to play arcade style games on DC !! The Dreamcast IS a home version of the NAOMI arcade system after all ;) and part of the reason I dig the Dreamcast so much is the plethora of 'arcadey' titles.

If I had to name my top fifty great Dreamcast experiences then I would include D2, Shenmue, Dragon Riders, Soul Reaver, L.O.L., Skies, Grandia, Napple Tale, Rayman etc etc BUT.........I would also have games like Space Channel 5, Rez, Crazy Taxi, F355, VOOT, Under Defeat, Cool Cool Toon, Mr Driller etc etc in my list of favourites.

I like to choose my games on a 'Horses For Courses' basis :) That is, I like to have a myriad of DC games of different styles to suit every mood. Hence I have around 400 DC games to my name !!

VOOT is an arcade title through and through with a rich heritage and huge fanbase, especially in Japan but also in the US and worldwide. Yes, you can pick it up and play it for 15 mins for a short and sweet blast (and that's great in itself)...........but, especially armed with some twin sticks, you can play it to a whole different level. As CD AGES has said, it is an incredibly deep game which requires skill and strategy to get the most from it. And it looks gorgeous to boot !!

I'm not going to take anything away from Frame Gride though - that's a pretty neat game also, though one with a different slant and a more subdued pallette. Again horses for courses ! I'm glad that both games are on Dreamcast.

Oh, radtastic, SSF2x was online back in the day. Cool or what ?!

Yes! And as result of this, SF2 HDRemix code is based heavily on this DC release!

Hey CD you wouldn't mind me borrowing SF2X and then not giving it back to you? :D

Also I have the chance to pick up a copy of the Pal Shenmue 2 but its only disc 2 & 3. Is it worth picking it up? It would be $26 shipped.

Sorry ahh no. Lol!

No don't buy it... person is charging way to much for an incomplete copy. Be patient, you will find a complete copy for a reasonable price.

I personally wouldn't ever buy a mixed up set like that. You've gotta wonder, if they are careless enough to lose two of the discs the two that remain were probably treated like shit. I hate ordering stuff online since I get lied to kind of frequently about the games condition :(

I paid £45 for Taxi Le Jeu last week and, although the seller described the game as 'mint', I received a disc which looked as though it had been attacked by a lunatic from The Texas Chainsaw Massacre. I'm almost certainly gonna kick up a fuss about it as the seller is almost certainly laughing his head off about it and I really feel like wiping the smile off his face.

That's the great thing about Capitalism! If someone fucks me, I fuck them repeatedly. I've gotten people fired over crap service and I will troll a person on ebay and amazon till the day I die if they ripped me off. Hell I've got the time for it

Well I'm not the kind of person that would stand outside the seller's door shouting "Heeeeere's Johnny !!"......... but I shall be writing a pretty stern message to the guy outlining all the faults and how much compensation I expect to get from him.
