Okay so I have tired to look up info on this game. All I can find is just Ebay links to the limited edition. So I have some questions about it and I hope you guys can answer them for me.

Cherry Blossom is a different game.
I only have the regular edition unfortunately so I can't confirm what the special edition has.
But you aren't crazy, it does exist.
It seems like a dating simulator, so unless you know Japanese I wouldn't recommend it unless you're looking to collect just for collector's purposes.
Its an official game, one of the last official releases, came out in 2004.
Currently the Limited Edition is on sale at Play-Asia for under $30 USD which is a hell of a deal for these things.

I think it's an soundtrack or some kind of a bonus CD for the PC (maybe both). Because it's not pressed on a GD-Rom.
