A few years back I did locate a translucent red one, purchased used off ebay. It looks / looked authentic. The female port plug was slightly larger than the stock dreamcast plugs, and had different sides.
I have been unable to locate another.
The cord is currently grafted on a modified controller.

Anyone know how to get the plugs off without damaging them? I guess I could settle for a black plug on the extension.
