Redux: Dark Matters is the up and coming space shooting game with fresh scoring elements and an incredible soundtrack composed by Andre Neuman featuring legendary video game composer Chris Huelsbeck (Turrican, R-Type). I'm very confused. Is Redux a completely new game with new stages/graphics? Or is it a repackaged version of Dux that has the original stages. If it is the latter, how is it different from Dux 1.5?

I think it is a remix of DUX with at least altered graphics and some new weapons, I'm pretty optimistic that there'll also be new stages and enemies.

DUX 1.5 fixes the scorebug and hopefully some issues with the navigation in the menus of the original DUX. It's "just" an improved version of DUX.

Looks like Redux has different backgrounds to make things less confusing. From what I remember playing, the first 2 levels look pretty much the same as the original, and again there are 6 stages. So I guess it's a graphically improved version with maybe new music and new weapons...

I wouldn't call it an improved version, just fixed. DUX 1.5 is what DUX should've been all along...

Also, the site mentions that the fixed version is here. Meaning it's finished. In that case, what the fuck happened to the promise to replace all the bugged versions once they fixed the game?...

Is this recent information?... I know he said he would replace them, but that was 2 years ago. Can't see anymore mention of that on the new page. The original DUX page is down, and the cached version redirects you to the Kickstarter page...
