Is puyo pop 4 playable even though its in japanese? How much should the game sell for? What the average?

Can anyone recommend Roadsters? I've heard nothing but bad things about this racer... is there anyone here likes the game?

I recall it being playable, its just a puzzle game.

Roadsters is...not good as I recall.
