We need to setup chat times!

Because the chat is always dead even if there are like ten people online. Example:
Chat party Monday at 7! Then people would know to log onto the chat DI we can all talk. Anyways chat party @ Sunday (today) 8:35
Oh and chat party Monday at 7! See you then!
