Planet Ring NOTICE

brourke228 needs to take the server down Wednesday night of this week for a few days due to constant crashing. There are some corrupted files on the main drive. Last Tuesday it crashed and refused to reboot due to an "an excessive number of corrupted sectors" error.

A replacement drive has been order last Thursday. This one should be more reliable. Due to the OS drive he is replacing though he will need to install everything again from scratch. He still has all the configuration files and so on but please understand it's going to take awhile to get everything back to where we had it.

We will have all bugs fixed within a timely manner. I apologize for any inconvenience/dissapointment.

brourke228 has informed me that the server is back up and running now. Sorry I did not update this sooner. I've been away on vacation since Thursday so I did not see his PM until now.

May i ask is Planet Ring a new pso server or is this a actual game server for planet ring?Sorry if this sounds noobish but i have been away from dc-talk for some time now because my dreamcast broke i was a active member for some time many of you might remember me as syntexerror!Anyway i just got my new dreamcast up and running online and i hope to see some of you on pso or any other games you guys and gals would like to play.Hi Radkin its been awhile good to see you on here hope to game with you soon.

This is talking about an actual server for the game Planet Ring.

Other than the fact that I made the patcher/loader for it based on the same program for the Sylverant PSO Server, it has nothing to do with PSO at all.

I see thx i went and read some earlier news on the subject and got the whole story it is nice to see another game up and running for the DC online community.
