What Happened To The Dreamcast Game Radium?

Radium was announced for release by the GOAT Store and reported on several game sites, complete with many screen shots between 2006 and 2007. Back in that time period, I contacted the person who once had a homepage for this. His reply was something about either the GOAT store or Play-Asia felt it was not good enough to release.

Does anyone know what happened to it from there?

It was going to originally be a GBA game. I don't know what happened to it, but aside from the low resolution sprites for the GBA, it looks like this would have been an interesting homebrew title

Game looks amazing even for GBA.

On the YouTube video comments, someone says that it wasn't released for the GBA but that a DC version eventually came out - guess that didn't happen too.
