Games that can be Brought Back Online?

hi im the new player and now its down, i dont know how can i change the master server or dns. can you help me and say where can i change it?

UT is the holy grail of the DC games to get back online. The issue is that it requires a unique server. The closest anyone has ever reached is the DC seeing the PC server, then once the DC tries to connect, it just dies there.
