Whats wrong with my Dreamcast!?

I bought a used DC from a mom and pop shop about a week ago and Its been playing Crazy Taxi fine.

Today I got Blue Stinger in the mail; popped it in the DC and the disk would spin and I'd hear a funky noise and it would never read and just stay on the menu.

I restarted the DC with the disk inside and it forever sat on the logo screen.

So then I tried something else, I put Crazy Taxi back in and it worked. Then I put in the Blue Stinger disk and got nothing. Then Once more put in the Crazy Taxi disk but this time I got a different result. The disk would load then go to the Sega loading screen like it was going to play but then it kicks back to the main DC menu and fails to load the game.

Now none of my games work!

So whats the deal? Is the Laser dead?

Try to recalibrate the laser, there are lots of topics in this section discussing that and tons of videos in youtube of how to do it.
