Like the title says, in the time I was gone, did someone figure out another way of setting up a PC-DC conection? A more easy method?
I tried so many things in the past and I never got my Dreamcast online with this.
It has been something I wanted to do since we stopped using dial-up in this house.
I'm really set on trying anything you guys recommend me doing. I just want my DC back online.
I have a group of 100 people in Portugal called the Dreamcast "Luso" Players (a community if you will) that want an alternative to the bba or dial-up aswell.
It would make me so happy if someone could help us out with this.
Thanks for your time.

Re: Easy way to set up a DC PC server ?
There is an alternative to the dc-pc. Using the netopia device to answer the modem call and transfer the connection over LAN. brourke228 wrote up a guide on how to try this out: http://dreamcast-talk.com/forum/viewtop ... f=3&t=3122 I haven't done it but it seems pretty easy and straightforward. Just need to find the netopia device on eBay.
