This will let you play all of the dialup games that are still online, you're basically making your own dialup ISP. It will not let you play Doom.

That's hard to say. If I made a tutorial I would try to make it as easy to follow as possible, but I can't foresee everyone's specific situation so you may have to do some troubleshooting especially with port forwarding on your router, which is a different process for everyone.

I would actually consider buying a superstack if a tutorial was made. It be a nice backup to have if my netopia ever dies.

Looking at some of the superstack pictures i noticed theres like something like 8 phone jacks so i was wondering would it be possible to connect multiple dreamcast? And if so could it be done without a line simulator?

You can connect as many dreamcasts as there are phone ports. Each port is a separate modem. I haven't tried connecting multiple DCs without a line simulator though, but I don't think it would be a problem.
