hmm im not sure how much help i can be. i don't know much about that area. i was hoping you might have DSL. some DSL carriers offer free dial up.


you will need home phone service to use dial up. you can use a free ISP for the actual internet. you are going to have to search for a free dial up service in your area and go from there. if for some reason you cannot use a free dial up service and do not want to pay for dial up. then a PC-DC server is your best bet.

nintendonut, your best bet would be to pay for a cheap dial up ISP if you do have the modem that came with the DC. Located on back right. Or, you could search for a free dial up isp in your area.

So, here are your options:

1. If you don't have voip(voice over IP) phone service search for a free or cheap dial up isp. http://www.freedomlist.com/

2. If you can't or don't want to do that, try to setup a PC-DC server, although most ppl and only get it working when using a windows 98 PC with external modem. http://www.maturion.de/dreamcast/mterlouw/

3. Search eBay for a broadband adapter. They will be at least $100 USD most of the time.
