Toy Racer Server info

Welcome to the official section for scheduling toy racer meetups.

Users are reporting that you will get a screen asking you for the IP address of the server when connecting. Others say they needed to set their DNS to the server IP. Results may vary and we are still trying to figure out why these differences are occurring. It could be caused by a modified version of game vs. the real gd-rom.

Dreamcast Brazil Server

Works great! I did not have to use a web browser to connect though.

Yeah, you don't need to set the IP as your DNS. Just type it in when it asks for it in the game. This game is probably the easiest to connect out of all the games currently online!

This is great to have a dedicated thread for server info

And you don't need to use custom DNS, just enter ip at prompt in game.

This game is probably the easiest to connect out of all the games currently online!

And even the game saves server ip, port and nickname to vmu so we dont need to enter it each time!

Is this the right way?

I left all other settings the same and just changed this one. I had the Sylverant IP there before, and i tested PSO after i changed the DNS and it won't connect, even with the Sylverant patcher. Q3A connects fine. Toy Racer will not.
