Striker Pro 2000 Analog Stick

So, I know that Striker Pro 2000 is a really cheaply done PS1 port (so rushed that half of the places with "Highbury"'s kit still have the fake sponsor on them), but I looked at the PS1 box online, and it says that it's analog compatible, yet I can't find a way to use it in the Dreamcast version.

Is this like the only game not to use the analog stick at all?
