Blecrabs PSO patcher not loading GD-ROM?

I am trying to use the BlueCrab's PSO patcher on a Back-up of PSO and it doesn't seem to detect the GD-Rom at all. any help or suggestions?

A GD-ROM is a pressed high-density retail Dreamcast disc. A backup would be burned to a CD-R, and the loader won't boot CD-Rs.

What Aleron Ives said is correct: the patcher intentionally does not support burned (CD-R) copies of the game at all. It only supports actual retail GD-ROM discs of the game (and it supports every retail version that I have ever come across for the Dreamcast).

There's a bunch of reasons for that in the end, but I won't bore you with them here.
