Nova Scotia Dial-Up ISPs?

Post by hudsthinking1999 »

I have a favor to ask; could someone provide me some dial-up ISPs that still exist in Nova Scotia? I wanted to get my Dreamcast online without having to spend over $200 for a BBA. I did manage to find some free ones around, but they must have shut down at some point in the past (at least that's what I think. It said there was no answer in the telephone line).

If anyone could provide some to me, that'd be great.

Thanks for reading (if you are still reading),

Hello fellow Canadian Dreamcaster. I like 295.ca It is actually $2.95 a month and you can also get a free trial no credit card needed. No software required. Good support. Dreamcast Friendly ;)

I was thinking of 295.ca, but I was afraid they would charge me for long distance, since their building is all the way in Ontario (at least I think, I may be false), but I'll give it a try, I guess.

You said there was no credit card needed, right? When I was signing up, it said your credit card information was required. :|

Seems your right. They had a free trial when i used them way back. They have a dial up number for Halifax in access information. Anyways totally worth the 2.95$ a month :geek:

I looked at the FAQ, and it appears that you can use cash, with yearly payments of $49.42. As with the Halifax number, I suppose that you'd call them for a dial up number in your area, but I doubt they'd have one in mine. Also, my parents would get mad if they hear all about this. :(
