Having trouble connecting to internet

Ok so heres whats happening, my Dreamcast for the past few months has easily been connecting online through windows 98 but all of a sudden, it wont work. My PC answers the call but then I cant get any internet access. If anyone knows whats causing this please help me out.

I can't help you in detail but as far as I know Emulators usually use one file per VMU. So you'll have to import your VMS files into the VMU file....
