I have found some system shock 2 source code, was really hoping someone could make a good port of the beta that was made for the dreamcast

Have you looked at the source location of the files? The beta that is out there was made possible because of this leak.

Yes I have heard of the beta, haven't played it because I hear its virtually unplayable.

I know this would be a difficult task but considering how popular the bioshock series is, im surprised more people would not be interested in trying to make a better port for the system shock game.

II wonder where the source code for that thief game that was supposed to be on the dreamcast is , the dreamcast didn't have too many stealth games
