Got a teltone tls-2 off ebay for quite cheap. $13.05. I waited till it came in to post to see if it works. But no power cable. Does anyone with one of these know if a regular extension cable will work? Since its a standard male power jack on the back? Or do i have to buy a special cable?

Yes, you can use the standard 3-pin power cord.
