Looks like Starlancer should be back online soon according to this post on OnlineConsoles. Looking forward to adding this to the Game Night roster again!

Awesome news! Starlancer is back online! Just a matter of time before Dreamcast-Talk has their server set up.

With the netopia method where do I change the DNS? Do I change it on the dreamcast or in the netopia?

Either will work but I usually change it on the Netopia because it's easier.
