House of the Dead 2 in Playstation 3?

Hi. I know there's parts 3, 4 and Overkill Extended on Playstation 3 (either through PSN as a download or a disk) but on wikipedia, House of the Dead 2, it say in House of the Dead 3 as a kind of unlockable after you finish House of the Dead 3?

Is this true?

Can you play House of the Dead 3 on a Playstation 4 by the way if you downloaded it on PSN or through some emulation you can install in the Playstation 4?
