Possible hardware mods?

Hey all,

I have a few spare dreamcasts laying around and have been seriously considering some hardware modding. As of now i know im doing a power led replacement, internal VGA, internal SD and VMU backlight. Possibly modem/bba +GD access lights

But my question is are there any other cool hardware mods that have been proven other than the obvious one's i mentioned? I'm looking to get creative with this

Interesting. Would S/PDIF - RCA/3.5mm still retain the audio upgrade? Or do you need compatible speakers/tv?
