So I bought a modem from DreamcastLive with a built-in DC-DC booster board back several months ago and just got around to testing it yesterday, sadly...

Hi there, I've got a bit of a weird issue I'm continuing to investigate.

I have a PAL console setup to connect through dreampi . Almost everything...

My guess is that your modem has a fault if it doesn't dial up on windows CE games, I had that issue before and swapped the modem to a known working...
