Hi, I have the DreamConn+ controllers. They are wireless, but have a USB adapter. Presumably they should allow a PC to access the VMU to copy saves....

Turn on the Dreamconn but not the Dreamcast. That will turn on the Bluetooth in the controller and allow your PC to find it. I don't recall the name...
