Re: Midsummer by Duranik
They took a hell of a long time to get everything ready,,out & delivered. For most folks this is messing up, for me personally I don't care,,that's just how it goes in the indie scene

We are SEGA generation.

Yeah, but they also got unlucky with the Chinese manufacturers who went full derp with the first designs they got IIRC. Not something Redspot could've known. I don't care about the long wait either when the end product is worth waiting for. And in Sturmwind's case it definitely was. They took their time, and they delivered. Again, in my humble opinion...

Wait the only problem with sturmwind LE was that it was late? I thought packing wasnt protected and sets were broken or something?
Delays are the name of the game in this kind of business. Redspotgames have always delivered a great product.

Yes, sturmwind was awesome. I understand redspot games has made some mistakes. One issue was no dispatch information was sent to some customers, me for example. The games were dispatched all the same. Might have been other problems too.
Iv'e heard it can be hit and miss with chinese companies. I see that several in eastern Europe offer similar services, i.e pressing, manuals, packaging etc. Perhaps they are still not as cheap as the Chinese prices though.
I hope redspot games release something new for the dc but I suspect they have abandoned ship.

Well senile team still has some stuff in the works, they are just very quiet about WIP stuff. Hopefully they publish via redspot games again
