This project looks to have a wonderful team. Is everything to et this game out the door being handled in house, or is there a publisher involved too? Goatgames, redspot or someone of the like?

Thank you :)

IF the project is funded, we will handle all physical releases ourselves.
Again, IF the project is funded, digital releases would be published by 2Dream, Tulio's new company, as stated in the campaign (see team members, at the bottom of the page).

I think it would be unlikely to expect a 70,000 dollar surge in the last 14 days.

So to turn things around, what happens if / when the desired goal is not reached?...

I guess we'll keep working on the game, only it would take us like 5 years instead of 1...

Dreamcast Games you play Online: Unfortunately none at the minute.

My biggest issue at the minute is the game looks very early in development. I am waiting on 3 games I have invested in, Elysian Shadows, Alice Dreams Tournament and Slave. All plagued by issues/delays just makes me a little nervous investing in something at such an early stage again.

We have been 100% transparent with our progress and intend to keep on doing exacty that. Besides, it took us just one week to develop an extra "Space Harrier-ish" level for the demo. And we made it public for download. Don't get me wrong, we're big fans of those projects you mentioned, but none of them offered anything remotely similar before asking for your support... :\

which raises the question why your game won't get funded in time (unless a miracle happens, let's be realistic about is ;) )

To be completely honest, I think releasing the demo was a mistake. It does feel very early in development (as it may very well be) but I think many people may be under the impression that it's close to the final product. Part of the reason is likely because you called it a "demo". A demo is normally very close to or exactly the same as the final game. Personally I think if you insisted on releasing it, you should have called it a "playable prototype". I could be wrong but that's just my 2 cents.

Playable prototype would have been better wording. But I still dont think it would have helped much. 90K was a tough goal, but they were counting on pc / ds digitial sales which are quite low.

Its a damn shame this is failing. DC community always bitches for something 3d and a new genre. We get it and dont support it.

As cool as a 3DS version no doubt will be, unfortunately, there isn't much support for indies from Nintendo fans outside of the major titles.
