Mcwill Game Gear mod

I was just wondering if anyone out there had any firsthand experience with the McWill LCD Game Gear screen mod. I recently purchased a pretty knackered old Game Gear and was wondering if it was really worth going ahead with the mod. Is it really as good as the pictures show? Also, what games should I be looking out for? This is my first ever Game Gear. Cheers.

It's worth it if you want a new screen and one that looks slightly better. Should check out some comparison shots. What's worth something to one, may not be worth it to another.

I had one when I was younger and loved it. For games, you should look up some lists of what it had and see if anything looks fun!

Just make sure you don't have a VA5 board; it's almost identical to the Majestco boards and won't support the McWill. You can use any VA1 board, though.
