as to why he made the XP guide idk. i assume he has got it to work.
as for my trials, i should have tried the modem im using for my windows 98 build. but i got annoyed by the headache that is XP. besides XP said the Dreamcast client was connected. so idk if the modem was the issue anyway. i disabled any firewalls and had all the ports forwarded. XP just blows damn it.
